Why can't brand new scratchers go on misscelanious?

I REALLY want to go on misscelanious, but i can't post. Could you fix that?

You are still a new scratcher. The Scratch Team manually changes people to regular scratchers. Just be active on the forums and they can change you soon.

It's to prevent commercial spammers that are new scratchers to post on miscellaneous.

Hmm... it's definitely going to be hard to become a New Scratcher without uploading projects.  hmm
