In my further attempts to surpass SSB64 logic, I discovered yet another high powered, recoil bound pokemon move in the game:  FLARE BLITZ!

To perform:
1.  Pick Fox and Luigi (Fox is optional)
2.  Turn off all items except stars (again, optional, but helpful.)
3.  Activate Crazy And Multi pokemon GS codes
4.  Go to Saffron City
5.  If you picked Fox, wait for roughly 10 eggs to come out of the door, die (or get a star), and with your temporary invincibility, use Fox shine (V+B) Inside of the mob of pokemon
6.  As Luigi, die (or get a star), and use his up special (^+B) Inside of the mob of pokemon
