so different.

hmm orchestra or rock band so hard to decide

Orchestra = You end up learning how to read partiture like any real musician, also classical music is awesome
Rock Band = More popular, also easier to find people interested in it.

um um um

orchestra rock band!

I assume we'll need to put a FLAC version and a more compressed format, or does BandCamp do that automatically? I don't like FLAC since it's too heavy - meaning more download time and more disk space wasted. I think 256 or 320 kbps MP3 sounds just as good and I'm pretty sure many people agree with me on that.

Too confusing, didn't read: We'll need a lighter MP3 or OGG version for those who don't like lossless stuff like me, apart from the FLAC for the audiophiles.  tongue

bandcamp does it automatically. :]
just give it one of those three formats and you can get it in:
320kbps mp3
VBR (V0) mp3
FLAC
AAC
OGG Vorbis
ALAC

yeah. it's awesome.

don't worry. it's just a goal. if we don't have enough songs by then, then we'll extend it.

Re: Scratch Forums Compilation Album

The problem with my song's lyrics is the chorus. I intend to use some falsetto there and I can't do that properly, but the verses are perfect for me to sing since they're pretty low  smile  Maybe I should record some takes anyway.

Re: Scratch Forums Compilation Album

Ooh, can I be in this? I made 3 songs from loops in GarageBand (of course I tried to mess with the notes in Software Instrument Tracks a lot too) at school a while ago, all I need to do is upload the AIFF files I have to my site!

I also made special loop segments for Racer's Groove (the second song) if you're interested in 'em.

Edit: Started upload! Woo, this is gonna take a long time. They're even in a ZIP file!
