Neither. I say refrigerator/fridge in Japanese: 冷蔵庫 (Reizōko)
They're pretty much the same thing.

My mom used to call it the "icebox" so that's what I called it when I was young. Even though actual iceboxes were never used in the houses that I've lived in. Now, I call it a Fridge
