Any plans on 2.0 blocks? It would be great to have a gallery or something with blocks, but it depends on whatever happens with scratch resources. Any idea about what's happening with it from a 2.0 tester?
Also, I think it's time to choose a new Librarian; sparks is barely active, sci is a mod now and Greenatic is probably the only one that's still monitoring.

I'm not sure if there are any plans for 2.0 yet; I'm waiting until I actually see the code.

yeah, but sparks and sci should be able to say whether something is planned or not

Re: ITopic: Welcome to your local block library!

Is there a block library website anywhere? If not, you guys should really make one. There could be "official" blocks, and then user submitted blocks. People could also request blocks to be added. Every so often, user created blocks could be made official. I think it would be nice to have so that people don't request blocks that are already made, plus it would be different from the block library because anyone could add to it.

Shouldn't the first input be a reporter slot too ?

I think it messed up "text input" with "number input"
As long as the person doesn't input "x" in the text input, it still works.

And has this been done?

Sorry, I'm relavtively new to BYOB and block creation...
And one more question: how do you add costumes over this?
Say I create (as an example) a block called "flash", and it has a sprite spelling out FLASH swicthing from yellow to red. The sprite wouldn't go over to the other BYOB program, correct?

Re: ITopic: Welcome to your local block library!

If you have added the "import block" modification on your scratch program, then how do you import a block?

I have a report section on the bottom of the block editor...am I correct in realizing that that doesn't translate over the internet, either?
