Appearance:  A little green creature with short arms and legs and a large light-green propeller on its head.  Wait, that's a bit unclear, I'll draw a picture.

You can see why I shouldn't be a spriter.

I discovered clopter is already a word, and a rather unseemly one at that.  You can completely redo the design if you want, I'm never very good at that.
