I hate cate, especially the buttercream frosting eww
but some are pretty good like ice cream cake
and whipped cream instead of that other junk

well i just made the cake yesterday and the only people that saw it were my sisters, my cousin, my grandparents, parents, and aunt so unless you like live in my house then i don't think you've seen it before

It's pretty simple. Grab a recipe off the internet and follow the instructions. The only tricky part is getting the measurements right and picking the right kind of dish to cook it in.
That's a great looking cake Rufflebee! I do more pies than cakes...but I did once do a Star Trek Enterprise cake, which required not only baking skills but a bit of woodworking also, to make the supporting frame. [badpun] It was out of this world [/badpun]

i always have a hard time getting the cake out of the pan
apparently you're supposed to wait a while after it gets out of the oven or it'll like fall apart but if you wait too long then it like sticks to the pan so it breaks and stuff

Cool, a Rufflecake! 
Never made a actual cake before, but I have made cupcakes and cookies. I've always wanted to try my hand at using fondant to make a cake, because using it seems to be similar to using clay (which I do know how to use and sculpt).
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease
