Removing the Share Tab?

I'd like to remove the share tab so projects can't be uploaded online. How would I go about doing this?

Go into Scratch-UI-Panes >
Menu/button actions >
Share menu >
Delete the share menu  wink

Or if you don't want to edit Scratch, you can do this:
