Now, follow this simple guide to be the best there is in platformers!
First, make three variables. Velocity x, velocity y and max speed. Now for the script. Instead of me listing the incredibly long script, I will just post a project with the scripts. The link is at http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/VegetoSuperSaiyan/1622704.
Now, fellow scratchers, I will now go onto the shooting game guide, which is only slightly harder. Make the first moving part, then after moving, add these scripts; http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/VegetoSuperSaiyan/1623048.
I hope this helped all the new Scratchers out there, it was hard to get to this point. See ya later!

Cool! That'll be sure helpful for new Scratchers.
Here are some easier clickable links for you and for others' conveniences:

and
http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/VegetoS … an/1623048
It seems like you have a great knowledge on Scratch already. Nice username, too. I just noticed it consisted of Vegeto and SuperSaiyan, both characters from DragonBall Z, right?
