Could I do that?
I was wondering...would it be wrong to make a fake flagged project? Because I don't want to get banned for doing the wrong thing and I want to know if this is O.K. to do. (I'd be really happy if somebody on the Scratch team answered!)

Would respective, appropriate, and terms-of-use-following be copying exactly what a real flagged cat scripts would be and the exact x and y?

Yes, it is ok. Many users made similar projects, for example: (link to project)
