It takes a lot of scripts to make it yourself, but you can easily use the
(ask "what's your name" and wait)
and the (answer) blocks found in the Sensing category to do what you want! 
Ah, by the way.
Generally, these kind of problems belong in "All About Scratch" unless they're really advanced like complicated physics and stuff. I'll get someone to move it for ya
