Sunny Acres is a town right outside of Scratchia. It has a few houses, but the only inhabitant(so far) is Sunrise-Moon, who created the town. There are houses to buy as well as amenities for whoever buys a house there.

Idea for Sunny Acres: An apartment with some rooms as a cheaper alternative to the houses that are there right now? They'd cost about half the price in coal or iron, but they'd be tiny.

No, you only have to pay if you want to build in Sunny Acres. In normal Scratchia you can build wherever and whatever you want.

Ooh, shouldn't have said that- income taxes in Sunny Acres. I'm going to have to take 80 of that iron because the land partly belongs to Sunny Acres government (me). If there aren't 80 ingots of iron down there, you're going to have to pay me the difference. Sorry. Just the way it goes.
