Hm...Maybe you could try Advance Map? You need the program itself (duh), some ROM images of the Gen III games, and an emulator. Of course, if it's only for screenshots, the emulator isn't necessary.

Name: Ivileon
Type: Grass
Interpritation: A frog-like creature with a bulb that stores solar power. It can shoot heat from the bulb.
Name: Chartor
Type: Fire
Interpritation: A fire salamander. It has firey horns that it rams foes with.
Name: Warsaur
Type: Water Flying
Interpritation: A t-rex/pterodactyl with a pouch in it's back. It squirts water through the pouch. It has white feathers on its back, so it can fly a bit.

Name: Quilaw
Type: Fire
Interpritation: A fire type crocodile. It's spines are made of metal and are heated.
Name: Croceef
Type: Water Ground
Interpritation: A swamp thing with seaweed and kelp on its head. It gets energy from the leaf panels on its belly and the seaweed frond on it's head.
