On another note I tested the flash player against the java player on my speed tester.
(Lower score better)
Flash 20.9
Java 30.6
Scratch 21
Edit:
Full screen is totally messed up in Opera and firefox. It's too big and you only see half the picture.

Sprites are draggable with shadows the way they are in the Scratch IDE in development mode. I don't know if this is a glitch or not, but it's not how I expect things to behave.
Other than that I am totally blown away.

Confirmed...it just plays a loud, unnerving buzzing noise through my laptop that doesn't stop when I close the screen. On another note, who is that tall, faceless man staring at me through the window?
Here's another one:

The sound synthesis isn't working at all!

To replicate:
click any block type > choose any colour (I used the control colour) > type any blockspec
This project is supposed to create a block with the specifications you outline but in all three browsers I tried, the block (created using stamping) does not appear.

The main sprite doesn't react to black and goes through the sprites only in the flash version, not the Java.

not a scroll project but has multi layers ghost effects.. which don't get rendered properly..sound track is wrecked by player sticking on notes..
have posted a few other projects that have had problems..
auto scrolling seems to be a problem. with project moonlight flit not loading totally for some reason coming to a halt with a disembodied caterpillar head floating around the screen.. .(The project was not meant to be moonlit nightmare! )
Also the sound track seems affected when playing projects which have versions of paddle2see's pen string projects in them.. eg,shadow noir theatre project..
and spiral pool.
(operating system- windows xp home edition.. and use both internet explorer and firefox.. )

Projects take WAY too long to load, compared to the old viewer.
Lists also do not display properly.
An example of the list problem is located here.

For me the opera browser still doesn't resize in full screen mode. Firefox is good but a little slow. Tip with firefox. Press f11 then click on fullscreen mode in the flash player.
I think for now I'll continue to use my fullscreen player for java.
