I figured out that pen tracks are not padded enough, making them too small.

Furthermore, variable positions are also too small. There isn't enough padding (extra data).

Problems with setting and reporting timer-based variables.

Maybe the placing-error problem is caused by some rounding error in the position.

i need some help with the flash based player,
eversince scratch was under maintenence the flash based player wasn't even running! i would try to play a project in flash and it would just freeze up forever! i would just play a project with java but some projects only run good with flash! so please tell me how to fix this problem!

What's your operating system and browser? Portable devices like the iPhone and browsers like Opera don't support Flash. There are bugs in the Java Player (e.g. green flag doesn't trigger a mouse-down event, unlike Scratch 1.4), so some projects only work in the Flash player. I don't suffer that problem.
Edit: Opera does support Flash.

On the 10th fixed bug, you said the Red Flag. Did you mean the green flag or the stop button? Or is there a red flag?
Some people call the http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Stop_Sign]Stop Sign the "Red Flag".

Sorry, a bug caused my post to look weird.

This project doesn't work in the flash player. The angels don't seem to sense when they're touching each other...

"Space" makes the page scroll down.
See the link in the previous post.
Try "m" instead.

Hey Scratch Team, over at the Wiki I began a much cleaner article/list of the bugs: http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Talk:Flash_Player/Bugs. Mind taking a look? The resolved bugs aren't there yet.

The fourth bug on the list was already fixed. Move to Fixed Glitches. Here's my proof.

Oh, I missed something. The speech bubble doesn't catch up with the sprite until the sprite is dropped. Also, scripts like
forever next costumedon't run while the sprite is being dragged. See post 562.

Can't see wholes of letters like "p" in non-list Stage monitors. See this project. I have Mac OS X 10.7.4 and use Safari 5.1.6.

Flash Glitch.
Computer Operating System: Windows 7
Web browser's name and version: Internet Explorer 9.0.8
Flash version: 11.2.202.235
Description of Problem: Color sensing with the Color black touching Color white is not working. The character should 'fall' through the holes in the platform, but they are not detected. Works OK in Java.

On Program1, if you don't press "W" immediately after the speech bubble, the project automatically stops. This happens on the Java player as well.

Glitch: In projects with sprites that you can drag, you can drag it outside of the frame. (Where the green flag, stop all and fullscreen buttons are)
I found this glitch in the project http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Bsteward/2219473

Bouncing causes slight misalignments in the sprite's position. If it bounces of the middle of the left edge, you get a y position of 2.363568322354887e-14 (exactly) by the time x reaches -1.
