Update!

I can't believe it... now they're yelling at me for sitting next to the boy(my seat is someplace else) and making the "negative comments" that caused him to stab me.

Then they said "both parties are equally in the wrong."

Sitting at the wrong place and making negative comments wouldn't get you a ban on Scratch, but a stabbing would get you jail time.

That's far from "equally".

Yeah... but they didn't punish, just sort of vaguely threaten and admonish me, sort of. It was kind of weird, like they were trying to be menacing but know that they were risking a lawsuit if they overdid it.
