Play Black Ops on the Wii then on the xBox.

I'd say iPod. Everyone thinks the 3DS is amazing, but I won't think it'll be that good

It depends on whether you're in it for the features or the games.
The games on the iPod touch aren't usually long epic adventures that can take months to complete, most often you're trying to get a new highscore with one objective in mind. On the other hand, it has a lot more memory, and useful non-game apps like Mail, Maps, YouTube, and lots more.
The 3DS can also store songs/videos/apps (3DSWare as it'll probably be called), but the "apps" will probably be less diverse or useful. On the other hand, 3DS game cards will reach 8GB (over 16x that of a current DS game card!) so you can imagine how packed the games will be. Oh, and 3D. Can't forget the 3D.
And then they both have an internet browser, online store, cameras and accelerometers. I'd personally choose the 3DS since I don't need a lot of the iPod's features, but once again it all comes down to what you're buying it for.

3DS has 3DSware, bout the quality of ipod.
Plus, it has music, 3d video i think, full size games and, 3D

I would buy the 3DS if I were you. Why? Because it is like a Nintendo DSi (which is AWESOME in itself) with a battery that can hold a lot more charge and you can view in 3d!!! Sure, it might cost more, but it can do everything the Ipod Touch can do (to a certain scale).
