Hi,
my name is uriel Deveaud, i'm a computer teacher for 4th to 8th grades with local children. This is the first year that i use Scratch in my classroom...i love it !
The students are creating different projects: the hougest are working on animated stories, and the oldest are producing games and simple tools like calculator.
By the way, i'm a developper and i'm very happy to look at this simple approach, yes compiling color blocks are very friendly!
I would like to share something else, i see here an opportunity to improve Scratch and we (teachers and students) want more...i will share this in the related sections.
