Scratch

As some of you already know, Google sent me a Cr-48 Chrome OS laptop as a developer. I heard at the 2010 Scratch conference that Scratch Resources and the creators of that other website (I forget what it is called) that lets you put your projects into a playlist used a Scratch API which gave applications access to your projects, messages, friends, and other stored information. I was looking for this API because I am interested in making a Google Chrome and Chrome OS application for the online scratch community. Does anyone know where I can get this API?
