I'm not a mod, but Scratch's ad-free-ness is a key feature, so probably not.
It's good that you have it in your signature. You could make a project about it to garner some attention on the main site, or in your signature on other Scratch-related forums.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

scratch is an advertisement-free website.
so the best place to advertise your website is in your signature, the misc forum, show & tell or even one of your projects.
