wont upload projects!!!

i need help i have a windows vista  computer and it wont upload can scrach please make a new edition of scrach that works with vista?

Scratch does work with Vista.

Try waiting a few minutes and then uploading again. Also check your project file to see if it's over 10 megabytes.
