new scratch name

hey guys i kinda wanna change my scratch name
does anyone know if that is possible and if it is than how do u do it?

This seems like it would fit best in the All About Scratch section of the forums, which is used to handle questions about the Scratch website or program. I'll move it for you.


There is currently no way to rename an account, the only possibility is to make a new account.

I've taken a long hiatus, but I still visit sometimes. Give me some time to answer any messages you post on my projects!

Well, that's unfortunate! But yes, there is no way to change your username right now.

people might think the new user is a newbie calling for attention trying to claim credit, maybe...

also, you'll be a new scratcher all over again, comment=0, post count=0, tbg post count=0.
