When was the last time Scratch showed its "down message"?

When the site is down for repairs and such. After some day in maybe 2008, I never saw the message again. It had a cat saying something like "We're down for repairs, come back later" and also had a download link.

Just a thought.

I've seen other similar errors, but I don't remember that one specifically.  hmm

Maybe they've come up with a better idea for testing their software that doesn't disrupt the website?

I think someone found a testing version of the site a little while ago, actually.
