Scratch does not work

Scratch does not work on my computer. And every time i try and post something a thing pops up that says " Please Restart Your Computer".
Please help me.

Are you using the right copy of Scratch? Eg, if you have a Windows computer, then you should use Scratch.exe. If you have a Mac, then you should use the Scratch.app. Could you provide a screenshot please?
