Depends on what you mean.
You can simulate 3 dimensions using changes in size and costume, or you can draw objects that look 3D, but you can't actually create a 3d object in scratch.
What exactly did you want to do?

If you are really interested in 3D, you should consider programming in Alice in addition to Scratch. (See http://www.dickbaldwin.com/tocalice.htm and http://www.alice.org/) That is a good stopping point on your way to Java3D.
Alice is also free and much of what you have learned in Scratch will be applicable there.
