Yeah that's a lot of users! More than enough for each project creator to have at least 1 test account

It's true some people join to forum. Others find out from friends/family and make accounts to click love-it on their stuff

I think a lot of people make an account, download Scratch, and then realise that all the knowledge of Scratch can't immediately be sent to them so that they are amazing at it, so they give up...
There's also a lot of accounts people create for love-its like scimonster said, as well as a lot of test accounts...
