Unknown account on my network?

So one day I logged out and was going to make an alt. account. I clicked 'sign up' and this popped up:
_______________________________________________________________________________
Seems like the following accounts were created from the same computer or network:

crabby3000, chubby6, dreamcrusher123, Shadowed1

Please note that creating multiple accounts can lead to blocking of your computer or network if they are used to post inappropriate content, harass others, avoid a block on another account or try to trick the system to get to front page.

If you're a school or household sharing the same IP for multiple people, no worries, you're welcome to create multiple accounts.
_______________________________________________________________________________

I'm Shadowed1, crabby3000 and chubby6 are my little brothers' accounts, but I have no idea who this 'dreamcrusher123' is.

EDIT: I searched up 'dreamcrusher123' and there were no search results. Hacker?

Re: Unknown account on my network?

Dreamcrusher could be one of your bro's.

Well, he said it wasn't him (I only have 1 bro), but then again, he has a tendency to lie.

Re: Unknown account on my network?

I suppose the first thing to do would be to ask your brother if he made it. If he didn't, then it could be someone using your wireless network (assuming you have one) to access the internet and create an account. Do you have a WiFi network, and if so, is it secured?

I just did that and he said he didn't make it. The Wi-fi network is secure (has password). It might be one of my parents keeping tabs of what I do on the scratch website, but I doubt it.

Re: Unknown account on my network?

Once I clicked on signup and there was a random account. If you have a dynamic IP you probably got the ip address of someone else who uses scratch when your router reconnected to your ISP.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.
