I have problem to accentuate characters in Portuguese in the web.

When I make the uploading for the web the accents of the words in Portuguese don't appear. They appear correctly in my local computer, but when I put the material in the web this doesn't happen. Somebody could explain to me what this happening.

This is a bug that we need to fix. Even my name has an accent in it and I can't use it, so it is pretty annoying to me too :-) Thanks for your report.
