How to bring object(s) to front/back?

I can't seem to find out how to do this. I accidentally moved the background sprite for my project on top of the other layers...

You can use these blocks:
<go to front>
<go back( X )layers>

You can just use the stage for the background too! Click on Stage, and click on new costume.
