Is somethign wrong with the Scratch server?

Today there have been 2 periods in which Internet Explorer coulkdn't find the server. Is that just me?

Firefox couldn't find it
Safari couldn't find it
Opera couldn't find it
Sea Monkey couldn't find it
Internet Explorer couldn't find it
