I left my messages grow to about 15, then I delete them. But I was off for a week and now I have 60 more messages! It's gonna take forever! Click and click and click.... 78 times!!!! Atleast make it so when you click the link on the message, it deletes the notification. Aswell as my idea of "Clear All messages". Please help me, and many other users. This is a big problem.

If you don't want to recieve any messages at all, click on the text that says "Stop sending me messages when someone leaves a comment on one of my projects" and
"Stop sending me messages when someone leaves a comment on one of my galleries" in the notifications page (http://scratch.mit.edu/notifications).

I've already made a post about this, except with 700-800 messages
I agree totally, I know there is the the other buttons, the stop sending messages, but you still want to recieve messages, just the delete the ones you've currently got.

He just doesn't delete his messages. I delete mine (after checking through them, of course), so I don't know how much I have.

Wow. I got too tired of deleting messages I just keep mine. I have 2500.

I get 1 or 2 messages a day

On an average day, when I first check I get only like 15 or 20 messages. For a while, while I had 3 projects on the front page, it was closer to 50 or 60. A "delete all" button would be very useful!

I once had 10. My total is about 100. Archmage, you lucky dog you.

Same here. I usually log on to find anywhere from zero to a dozen messages which I instantly delete. I think I mentioned somewhere that a "follow and delete" button would be nice on each of the messages, that deletes it once you follow the link."

same with me, I usually have 0-5 messages a day, since people have been finding out about my projects recently, It's better than what it was before, 1-2 messages in two weeks.
If I didn't delete any, I'd have a good deal over 335, since a whole bunch of people have been replying to my comments, but under 400. Somewhere around 350, maybe even 375.

I probably would have like 1000 messages at most. I am glad I started deleting them once I figured out that deleting the message doesn't delete the comment I used to think that when it says "message read and deleted" that it meant the comment was deleted too. I am glad I eventually figured it out. I had over 100 messages, and it took forever to delete just those few. For Archmage, if he were to try to delete all of his, it would probably take more than 2 hours.
