Well, I think we want an enemy system so that at first the enemy roams  around aimlessly but if your too close to it maybe it attacks you? That might be too hard though.  hmm

Okay. I really think we should do a racing game. It wouldn't be too hard, and I think that I have a few good ideas up my sleeve.

Maybe 3 different tracks,  with 5 different cars and different power-ups, with both timed-play and against AIs.  big_smile

-A HUD sort of thing with the speed and stuff
-Main Menu
-A few different types of cars, under each car brand (car brand logos use the sprites we have to use)

any other ideas?

the game will be:

a top down car car where you dodge other cars and race to each check point before time runs out. kinda similar to this, but top down.

*there will be an unlimited amount of check points to reach.
*power ups (using the sprites we have to use?)
*different cars
*different track types (example; ice track would change velocity)
*any other ideas?

Added a scoring system, a highest MPH score (affects your overall score, making you want to go fast but slow enough to dodge the obstacles. (someone should make them not always at the middle of the track because you can just go to the side.) ), a 'miles done' var.


I'm not sure if that's what you wanted. If you don't just don't use it.  wink

changed some things up and added a little bit of a different scoring system.

we should definately include werdna's scoring idea somewhere though- maybe we could include getting a grade at the end of each track?

Nice! Maybe the car could be sort of JB style. So it has guns and stuff which fire one of the objects and can destroy the obstacles and you could collect ammo? Just an idea
