Simply put the project link in a comment, it will automatically show as "(link to project)".
This works on galleries and projects.

You just copy and paste the url of the project (that big line of text at the top) like this:

http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/TheBlueRocky/1505850

In the forums that just shows up as text without [url][/url] tags, but in a comment that will become a (link to project).
