Defeat the Times!

I would like to make a really great project for the current Scratch Design Studio.
It will be called Defeat the Times!

It will have 3D, scrolling, and levels.  Sounds great already, doesn't it?  wink
The first level will be the time of dinosaurs.  The second will be the Middle/Dark Ages.  The third will be during a scientific breakthrough: the space shuttle. You must pilot it to safety.  The fourth and final level will be a possible future, one in which it is a very hard life. Let's hope that's not how it will turn out for real!

But I can't do all that by myself.  smile
I need help!

If you are good at creating 3D, or scrolling, or art, please join and help.

I will post the first edition soon.

See the next post for what I need.

Note: This is my first collaboration.  I might not know everything about doing one.  cool

Thanks!

I may try my hand at the title music, just tell me what it should sound like, and if you want a loop or a whole 2-minute or so song  smile

More importantly, how are we going to do that before the Scratch Design Studio changes it's theme.

I dunno. But, if its good enough, hopefully it will get front paged for other reasons.

yes.  it is made primarily for the design studio, but it's fame can continue.

Re: Defeat the Times!

i have a method of scrolling which, if the background reaches the limits, you will move, but the background won't.  it will look good, hopefully.  there is something a little wrong with the scrolling and whenever the down or left arrow keys are pressed, it becomes not smooth.  the right and up work.
EDIT: now it works but the others don't work.

I know Scrolling, mind linking to the project?
BTW, I can sprite. Better than my projects suggest, trust me.

Re: Defeat the Times!

Ok I'm done with the song, now we just gotta wait for it to be approved on the Resources site  smile  It should be called "Defeat the Times" Theme Song if you ever find it.

EDIT: Btw it's a 40 second, epic, timpani-driven orchestral song.
