Well, I feel that lately, more and more aguments and debates are breaking out about something really not that important. Videogames. I mean, They are cool and all, but, still. Something to do for entertainment. Not worth debating over. People have been saying "Oh this system is better than this one cause... and anyone who disagrees is wrong, or they can say something to try to change my mind." Now, this is where I become a hipocrite, as I have been posting often in these threads. I feel like this is getting out of control, and has to be put an end to. Blahblahratsheep brought up a good point... "Anyways, these topics seem to be causing quite an argument, are you sure they are a good idea?" Its been paraphrased, but the point still rings true: We are gonna start a flame war if this doesn't end. So, I thought about it as I typed, "Why don't I make a thread where I prove that all systems are equal? Not even all the systems, just the three leading ones?" So, this is it.
Release dates:
Wii: 11/19/2006
X-box 360: Nov. 2005
PlayStation3:Nov. 17 2006 in U.S
So, the X-box 360 is the oldest.
Supporting what I said on one of the threads, Sony had a wide range of technology at their disposal, and they used what they could to make something gamers would enjoy. They sucseeded. They did not, create something entirely new, but instead, combined two things that were revolutionary to create: The Playstation3. An Epic console, both notworthy yet subtle. Perfect.
The wii was the first of its kind to utilise motion controlers, and it revoloutionized the face of gaming forever. Along came the Kinect, a motion accsessary with no motion controlers, years later, taking a big step towards holographic gaming. And the Move. Practicly the wii, only you have to stand. The Wii was revolutionary, and a great system. Truly perfect. Able, in a sence, to get kids up and moving whist playing videogames.
Now, the Xbox 360. A truly amazing system, having come out before the others and still be in use today. It changed the gaming world with a new controller, and revolutionary graphics. Truly amazing. I would have to say, Sony's PS3 resembles this the most. It inspired greatness, being greatness in itself. Truly remarkable.
There. Better now? No more "Why ____ is the best arguements?
Lemme know if I missed something.

I agree, but you seem to be making the X-box 360 sound better than the other systems in your article, and maybe you should fix this. In a topic about ending console wars, it would probably be a good idea to sound unbiased. Just my opinion. I do agree with your point though.

We do it for the lulz.
End of story.

LOL I actually prefer PS3. I did that because the main source of the um, disturbance was a thread about X-box.

xD. But really, both the Wii and the X-box 360 Kinect revolutionized gaming, but you still seem biased toward the X-box. I'm not saying the Wii is better, I just think that you seem biased in your article.

Wait, XB360 twice? And no PS3. Wut... plus, Sony made the PS3, not the XB360.

TEEEEEEAAAAAAA PAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRTYYYYYYYYYYYY.
That aside, we argue because the industry is stuck in such a rut that casual gamers poke fun at hardcore gamers, hardcore gamers poke fun at casual gamers, and the whole community is divided. ARGH.

Yeah, you missed the fact that the Kinect totally copied the EyeToy

I (sadly), cannot find anything wrong with your article anymore. It is good now. I do agree completely with the topic as I have said before.

Problem. You ARE being hippocratic here. You're giving an opinion on game consoles. If someone's opinion differs from yours, it's going to start more topics.l.

Kinect copied the EyeToy as much as PS Move copied the Wii. Plus, the Kinect actually works, unlike the EyeToy.
Not trying to start a flame war, just tellin' the truth as I know it.

Thanks fire219, you reminded my of a good point. Not everyone knows all of the sides, so they go nuts. I've actually done the research, so I know my stuff here.
I'm actually thinking of adding a certain quote from Wolfenstein 3D to my siggy...

Positive things, people, positive things. I was a little hipocritical there, I admit.
