it usually asks me to post every 60 seconds but it just said wait 360 seconds till you make your next post.
what's going on?

@jpb-I don't think it's a bug

The reason is that there is something called a new Scratcher status, whee you have to wait longer between posts. If your test account was just made, it should have a 360 sec rule

Your test account is still under the "New Scratcher" status. New Scratchers have the 360 second rule.

On the test account, its normal. Im a new scratcher,too. But on your regular account... it must be a bug. I have heard some people having a 600 second bug! But you can live through it if I can.
