This is easiest with the blocks' tabs, but it can be used in other places.

Hold Control (Command).
Click and hold on a block tab.
Drag the mouse off of the tab.
Let go of Control (Command) and mouse.

It's a bit hard to explain.

If it works, the tab should change colors as if you just normally clicked on it.

This isn't really TROUBLEshooting, but it's still a bug.
