People who were online yesterday might have seen my band names. I have settled on Ginger Express. The name was inspired by the NYC restaurant "Wild Ginger".
My position is singer/guitarist. I am not a very advanced guitar player, but the songs are going to be relatively easy to play so that won't be such of a deal. We have a drummer, but we need a bassist, and if possible a second guitarist.
What genre are we playing? Well, it depends on what you think. But I label our band as:
-Indie Rock
-Alt-rock
-Pop-punk
-Art-punk/art-rock
I really need a place to practice, so if you guys have any suggestions please tell me.
Also, if you know of any good record labels that I could get onto, please tell me.

Do you mean album names?

Are you a Ginger? If not, then please don't make fun of Gingers like this, they actually do have souls.

You need a keyboard player. Most songs need keyboard players to help keep the beat.
But I'm in a band. I was in one called the Wildcats
but as the keyboard player. Then the leader got hired by another band, and then everybody else moved to that band.

It could mean the spice, you know.
@agscratcher A record label is a song publishing company, like Mercury Records, or UMG.
I vote for Alt-Rock!
