As a result, you can play these things, that you would like, if you like Scratch! (and a few other fun miscellaneous topics...)
Stencyl - Like Scratch, but a little more complicated, and uses flash. Get this, though! It even uses the same building blocks method that Scratch does. Snag a spot in the free, downloadable beta!
Powder Game - An online physics game where you get to control a bunch of elements including powder, water, fire, seed, gun-powder, fan, ice, bouncy ball, clone, fire works, oil, C-4, stone, magma, and many more!

I'm not sure you get how this works.
Stencyl uses Flash. It can't be Scratch-based if it's on Stencyl.
At least research the topic or visit the website if you're going to act like you know everything about it.

My info comes mostly from the amount of Scratchers I see on the stencyl forums added to the amount complaining about how long it's taking to get accepted

Well, I heard quite a few other scratchers on previous stencyl-related threads saying they finally got accepted after about a month. And some users on stencyl forums too.
But I don't know whether my data corresponds well to actual data spread.
