Make it easier to add or delete things, on projects.

When I tried to change one of my scratch friend's project, I wanted to remove the rose but I didn't know how to, so I didn't change it at all.

Um, I think this should go in Suggestions. What exactly do you want to know? All you do is right-click, and delete...

You can't change a project directly, but you can download it and edit it, then upload it as a remix.
