I don't know any Korean letters, but I am half Korean and I visited Korea this year.
To say hi, you say this (I think this is how it is pronounced): On-Yong-Has-Say-Yo
And thank you is pronounced: Kom-Som-me-Dah (pretty sure).

I only take tkd, so I don't know written korean, but I know:
il=1
i=2 (ee)
sam=3
sah=4
oh=5
yuk=6
chil=7
pal=8

also,
ahn-yong-hash-me-ka or something like that is how are you or something.
