How do you do dynamic stuff on your comment?
I jst don't get it. Every day I look at the comments and there is always a cool picture or a dynamic cool picture. How do you do that?
Help me out here, I know how good you are!

What you are looking for is called an Animated GIF file. You can get them from various internet sources or you can make your own with some image editors. Take a look at this post, it has some helpful information...
