Laaaaagg

Why does this project lag so much online?

http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/fireballman/1461766

Is it the way I have programmed it? It has sounds, can that cause lag?

There are only 10 types of people in the world: Those who know binary and those who don't.

Re: Laaaaagg

It has absolutely no lag for me. (but I changed some of my Java applet runtime parameters, so it makes sense.)

What? Where can you access the runtime coding? I'd like to know.

But most projects lag online. Mosty games, but sometimes music videos might be off.

Sounds or long/numerous scripts are usually the cause. But Scratch will run smoother online when we switch to Flash.
