Are you asking how to make a new topic in the miscellaneous forums? You can't since you are a "New Scratcher", but when you are a "Scratcher" you will be able to wink

You just made a topic by clicking the "post new topic" button at the top right of the screen.

On the top right and bottom right of each forum section, there's is a link called 'Post New Topic'. That allows you to post a new topic (although, from the looks of this topic, you already know how to create your on topic thread since you created this to ask your question tongue )

Be aware that you can't post topics in certain forums, though. ^^;

A moderator is someone ho helps out on the forums. An admin (short for "administrator") is someone who maintains the forums and the main website (they have the title of "Scratch Team). smile

The New Scrather rule was implied to discourage trolls. That way, they can't spam as often as they like. Soon you'll be promoted to Scratcher after you have been active for a while and have contributed to the community.
