The (and) Problem
Everytime i typ the (and) symbol it say &
If it doesent apper 2 u then it says (and Symbol)amp.
WHY!!!!!

it's & which is the HTML code for & and they just make all symbols become the code (some sort of bug that it doesn't actually become the symbol again) because with < means the beginning of a tag (a code) in HTML. So they just make all symbols become the code because they don't want people putting HTML in their comments/notes because then they could hack the website.
