If you could change one thing about scratch...

...what would it be? I'd probably make you be able to choose turbo, single stepping etc online.

Make it more like it is online, if you want you can make a game with multiple servers and so on..

Faster online applet. The change from Java to Flash is a bit of a plus and larger projects are now more likely to run online, but it's still not fast enough for projects that reply on multiple scripts running at the same time.
