Apparently you have to wait ten minutes (600 seconds) between posting new topics in Miscellaneous - was that what you were doing?

This has happened to me 3 times, Paddle2See said that they are trying out new coding, and the 600 second bug is a product of the changes. Hopefully they will fix it soon, I'm getting bored of staring at a blank screen waiting for 6 minutes to pass. neutral

New Scratchers have 360 second rule. Between posts in Miscellanous category, 600 seconds sometimes, but if you are just a Scratcher, usually it's 60 seconds pass. However, if the server is running slow, like me, you have to wait a bit longer.
