Sounds not Playing

In my project some of the sounds i try to put in are not working, I am looking for a sound format that works, i have tried wav. and mp3 using Real Converter. http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/post.php?fid=6#req_message

.wav and .mp3 should both work.  Can you post the project?
