Well, what is pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis? It is a term refering to a lung disease caused by silica dust. It is sometimes referred to as the longest word in the English language, with fourty-five letters. Tell it to all your friends!

Yes, probably.. Hm.. I think I'll make it 18, that might work, and I'll remove the ones not over 18. And I won't add those because of the rule.
