If you could save a world you've never known at the price of your life, would you do it?
I'm working on a game called Time Reflex. It'll be a first-person point-and-click game, much like Colkadome's "Cube" series (if you don't know it, go play it. NOW) or Myst, and because it's still in its first stages, I'm opening it up for creative input.
Time Reflex is set in an apocolyptic world torn apart by science. You awake in a cryofreeze chamber to discover that you're the sole survivor of a mysterious cataclysm. You explore the crumbling city, and you discover a curious relic: A one-handed watch that creates windows through time! Using these windows, old newspapers, and old equipment, you must piece together the story of the end of the world. Perhaps once you know this, you can prevent the clataclysmic event from ever taking place...
Any suggestions on story, puzzles, characters, or anything else will be read and greatly appreciated. Thank you.
